KDC :. Assist

The customer can choose to take advance (pre-paid) credits for the anticipated change/ update/ alteration/ addition/ deletion and purchase the bulk credits with a fixed validity. The credits are not transferable.

The credits do not carry forward. If hourly projects are selected, a maximum overage of 10% is permitted and absorbed by KDC; any extra will be billed to the customer.


The list of website-breaking activities are listed, but not limited to getting server errors on the website (subject to the website being hosted on KDC managed server); domain not mapping to the website (subject to the domain registration &/ or domain name server - DNS is managed by KDC). This will not cover any plugin/extension-related breakdown due to non-updated plugins &/ or themes. This does not cover mistakes made by Customers. During the duration of this contract, the Customer agrees that KDC will be the sole provider of maintenance services for the website, and no other party will have access to or rights to change the website. If a party other than KDC makes changes to the website, any errors that are created must be repaired and will be charged as per the Assist Plan at a pre-estimated hourly rate. Content will be the sole responsibility of the Customer.

KDC :. Care

  1. Each item of the CARE Plan is contingent on the activity on the project. A buffer average of 30 calendar days is considered as the average measure for the pricing slabs.

  2. If during any 30-day cycle, the average crosses the maximum threshold of the slab, the slab will be billed for the consecutive next slab for a minimum of 90 calendar days.

  3. The cycle will continue to escalate unless otherwise there is a consistent drop in the activity to a lower slab within a constant 90 calendar days cycle.
